Dana Campbell is the founder of Optimize Corps. Her career began at Accenture, where she led large-scale transformation initiatives for global organizations and developed the strategic rigor and systems thinking that still shape her work today.

It was there that she also began to see a pattern: organizations could have the right strategy, technology, and transformation plan—and still struggle to move forward when the leadership team wasn't aligned or equipped to lead together.

That insight ultimately led Dana from management consulting into leadership development and executive coaching, and eventually to founding Optimize Corps.

Today, she brings more than two decades of experience across consulting, organizational transformation, and leadership development to her work. She's known for seeing patterns others miss, asking the questions others won't, and hearing what's underneath the conversation—then helping leaders turn those insights into meaningful action.

Dana is a PCC-certified executive coach, longtime yoga and mindfulness teacher, and lifelong student of human behavior. Outside of work, she lifts heavy things, cooks often, travels whenever she can, and splits her time between New York City and Woodstock with her family and dog.
